My name is J. Lorenzo
As a child, I believed emotions were for the weak and that expressing them would lead to a negative outcome. As I grew older, I realized that expressing one's emotions is essential to clarify what you want, let go of any negative thoughts holding you back, and connect with oneself and others.
After 15 years of co-owning a daycare and working as a Classroom Behavioral Specialist for Lifespan, I expanded my knowledge in Social Emotional Learning and created Captain KosmiK to help children be their true, authentic selves.
